Performance of Modular Integrated Construction Pilot Project

Summary

In 2017 Policy Address and 2018 Policy Address, it was announced that the Government will lead and promote the adoption of Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) in the construction industry. Several public works projects have been identified and confirmed to be pilots in adopting MiC. Coupling with the commencement of the Pilot Project, it is considered a valuable opportunity to conduct a study to measure its performance in cost, time, quality, productivity, safety and sustainability. The objective of this Study was to develop appropriate methodology for project performance measurement, measure and benchmark the project performance of the Pilot Project.
