Paper Submission
Submissions should be uploaded as PDF files via the EasyChair online system. When submitting, please select the appropriate track that matches your manuscript type: Extended Abstract or Final Paper. Please note that the Extended Abstract is optional; however, we strongly encourage authors to submit one.
Please prepare your manuscript using the official author template (*.docx).
Paper and Presentation Types
Scientific paper

Paper must be written in English.
-
Paper cannot exceed 8 pages in length.

Submitted papers will be peer-reviewed, and only accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings.

Papers are accepted only on the condition that they will be presented at the conference by at least one author.
-
Each registered participant is allowed to present one paper only.
-
Accepted papers must be presented in accordance with the conference schedule. Failure to present an accepted paper may result in exclusion from the conference proceedings.
-
Authors must use the official conference template for paper formatting.
Presentation
-
All presenters shall prepare their presentation using Microsoft PowerPoint (PPT).
-
Presentations should be in English, consistent with the scientific paper.
-
Each oral presentation is allocated 10 minutes.
-
A 5-minute Q&A session will follow each presentation.
Best Paper Awards
The Conference will select five best papers from the conference topics, based on reviewers’ comments and discussion by the conference committee. Outstanding papers will be considered for recommendation to well-known top-tier journals.

Registration fee includes paper publishing in conference proceeding, conference sessions and coffee breaks.

Author with Best Paper Award will have one complementary seat for conference dinner.
